Contracts Manager, QS, Estimator
We are a successful regional business that are achieving year on year growth. With an expanding workload, as a successful family run company we are involved with schemes generally up to £150 thousand in value, consisting of maintenance, refurbishment, fit out and new build. Our clients include domestic and commercial.
Reporting to MD, this role will provide effective and comprehensive support to the Site Management teams as well as keeping a close eye on budgets and programmes. You must be well versed in all of the latest regulations and be used to hitting performance and financial targets. Ideally from a Surveying background and with a full compliment of technical skills, you will match this company’s ethos by being motivated and driven together with placing an emphasis on the quality of work that helps you to retain your Clients.
This is a challenging role that will be well rewarded with the opportunity to become part of a management team that is still at an early stage of its development.

Working, hands-on Site Manager required to work for a

Specialising with mainly small new build and refurbishment projects our
Client are looking for someone both flexible and focused to take sites from
conception to completion. Responsible
for overseeing Sub-contract packages from ground works to painting &
decorating and general health and safety.
Valid CITB tickets in small plant machinery would be an advantage.
